Psychological suzhi may serve as a protective factor against various psychological issues, mitigating their adverse effects. This study aimed to examine the psychometric properties of the Psychological Suzhi Questionnaire for Iranian adolescents. The research was conducted as a quantitative descriptive study among second-cycle high school students in Ardakan County during the academic year 2023-2024. Sampling was performed through volunteer participation. The research instrument included the Psychological Suzhi Questionnaire (Huo et al., 2017). Data were analyzed using SPSS 26 and AMOS 24 software. Results indicated that the Iranian version of the Psychological Suzhi Questionnaire, consistent with its original version, comprises 24 items and three factors. Internal consistency of the questionnaire was assessed through the computation of correlation coefficients for each item, with values exceeding 0.30. Confirmatory factor analysis revealed that fit indices of the model were satisfactory, and all factor loadings were above 0.40. The Cronbach's alpha coefficients for cognitive quality (0.82), individuality (0.82), adaptability (0.83), and overall psychological suzhi (0.91) were obtained. Based on the findings, the short form of the Psychological Suzhi Questionnaire is a suitable tool for assessing the psychological quality of Iranian adolescents.
